Ticket types (GA)

General admission ticket types do not assign seats. You set the price, which channels can sell the type, and when it is on sale.

Price and schedule​

Each ticket type has a price and a sales schedule (when that type is available).

Channels​

A ticket type can be available on:

  • Web — public Get Tickets
  • Door — staff selling in the GO App
  • App

Turn on door only for types you want staff to sell on site.

Quantity limits​

Patrons pick quantities on Get Tickets, up to the maximum per order for that type. See Get Tickets — general admission.

Reserved seating​

For assigned seats, build a map first: Seat maps and reserved seating. Price, channels, and schedules still apply to those ticket types.
