Hold inventory for specific people, issue redeem codes, and offer coupons.

Holds and redeemers

Create holds so those tickets are not on general sale. Redeemers unlock or redeem those tickets on Get Tickets with a code.

Patrons use Redeem / Unlock on Get Tickets — general admission. Door staff can also complete a redeem code sale in the GO App.

Coupons

Create coupons patrons enter on Get Tickets. If a coupon brings the total to $0, checkout completes without a charge — see Cart and checkout.
