GO App
The GO App is for promoter staff on site. Use it to scan tickets and sell general admission at the door. You do not create events in GO.
Invite staff
Invite GO users and assign a role:
- Scanner
- Supervisor
- POS
- Phone
Access can be all events or assigned events. If a user is not assigned, they will not see those events.
What someone can do in GO depends on their role (scan tickets, manage orders, sell at the door).
Tabs and tools
GO has tabs for Events, Scan, Orders, and Chats, plus Terminal and Printer tools.
Scan
On the Scan tab you can:
- Scan tickets in or out with the camera or a HID scanner
- Search for a ticket
- Admit All
Scanning needs a live connection. There is no offline door mode.
Door sales (general admission)
On Demo and App Store builds, door selling is general admission only. Sell ticket types that are available at the door using:
- Terminal
- Cash
- External POS
- Free order
- Redeem code
Turn on the door channel on those ticket types first.
