QR codes

Each ticket has a QR code. Show it on your phone or print it. Door staff scan the code to admit you.

Short ticket links

A ticket can also open from a short /t/ link (the link includes a short code for that ticket).

Transfers and refunds

• Transfer a ticket — send a ticket you own to someone else (not available on guest orders)
• Refunds and contacting the organizer — request a refund or ask the organizer for help
