Refunds and contacting the organizer

You can request a refund. Refunds are not instant — the organizer reviews the request.

Request a refund​

From your order, submit a refund request. The organizer sees it as a claim and decides whether to refund.

Contact the organizer​

Contact the organizer from the event or your order if you need help. You can send a message to ask them to modify a ticket. That message goes to the organizer; it is not a self-serve ticket exchange.

Self-serve ticket transfer is available for account holders. Self-serve exchange is not.
