Transfer a ticket

You can transfer a ticket you own to someone else. Ticket exchange is not available.

Create a transfer​

From My Tickets, create a transfer for the ticket you want to send.

Accept a transfer​

The recipient accepts the transfer to receive the ticket.

Revert a transfer​

You can revert a transfer you created if it should not go through.

Guest orders​

Tickets bought as a guest cannot be transferred. Check out with an account if you need to transfer later.

Need a different change?​

To ask the organizer to change a ticket (for example, a different performance), send them a message — that is not a self-serve exchange. See Refunds and contacting the organizer.
